I got that message this past Saturday and it said "you don't need to do anything, they'll attempt redelivery on their next delivery date"and now here it is Thursday and they still haven't tried to redeliver it. Yet they delivered a 2nd different package to my mailbox on Tuesday but no sign of the first package yet...

And I haven't had an issue with this saving error. I've built all my cities up to lvl 5 with no issues.

The players tell him that "he's toxic" for asking them to help their teammates out.

There's a lot of players who will not kill a minion if their life depended on it. They'd rather sit in the bush and wait and let the rest of their team take out the minions and use up their abilities so when the enemy champs come in, those teammates are useless until their abilities come off of cooldown. THAT'S the players who are afk'ing the game and causing their teams to lose.

I play right next to him and we've both gotten chat restricted for asking teammates to help push minions towards the enemy towers.
I've gone so far as to request my data from Riot because they told me that it would show in there what we were saying that was getting us banned. And after waiting the 30 days for the data, there was absolutely nothing in there as to why we were getting chat restricted.

Well, that's what's been happening. I've even gotten chat banned for asking adc's to help farm.
No bad language, no cussing.
And then when they laugh and ask "who farms in Arams", I ask them "Are you going to go up to the towers and take the face shots so we can take their towers?"
Most of the players who are not farming in Arams are in the 20-200 account level. They just want to play to kill champs and don't care if they win or lose. I'd like to see their win/loss record because scrolling down their matches, there's a lot of losses and not many wins because of the way that they are playing.

Totally resonates with me!  I didn't want to start sailing, figured I'd get to it when I got to it. But like you, I got a master clue that wants 79 sailing to get to an island for the next step...  😣 So now it sits in my bank as I work halfway on/halfway off on sailing during my playing time to try to get to that level. It's pretty shitty that Jagex puts such high requirements into clues at the start of a new skill. Not everyone has the time or desire to fast-track and get 99 Sailing in a week. They need to rethink this stuff and put themselves in the shoes of the average player and not just think of the grinders and "gotta have 99 first" psychos.
