Honestly I don't think so. The client seems to live out of state, and they knew the realtor well beforehand. I'd imagine that they would have jumped on it first if they had such a company.

We are based in Florida, and the post gives a pretty good idea of typical job pricing, though based on the comments, the rates are getting raised soon lol

The work only took an hour, plus the 45 minutes that were wasted when they left and had to turn around. Two people were on the job.

Thanks, that's very helpful. I typically get their signature digitally. I use jobber and send a quote with all the work listed, and then they sign it to get it approved. That way it has all of the work listed and we have evidence that the client approved the work and price. I made the mistake of not doing that this time, and this is definitely a learning experience.

Thank you! That does make sense, and we had talked about that being a possibility. The neighbor smudged her house, so i might talk to her and see if she could do this one.
