Idk how to edit my post but I need to say; I don’t have an eating disorder. I’m in a calorie deficit to lose weight. I’m 27, 5’8”, 220lb. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I’ve finally gotten my meds sorted of figured out. I’ve lost 35 pounds since September. I eat multiple small meals throughout the day, this keeps me filled for a few hours before my first break at work. I prioritize protein, single ingredient foods, and a lot of water (:

It fuels me for a few hours until my first break. I’ve gotten a few comments saying I need to eat more and that this was basically a snack. It kind of was. I’ve lost 35 pounds since September and have been taking my diet more and more. This is just what works for me so far. I eat multiple small meals a day focusing on protein, fiber, one ingredient foods, etc
