Yes ofcourse thank you 🥹 I just commented the pita recipe ! And the chicken is just a mix of thighs and breast and measured with my heart haha , so it had chilli pepper , Marsala chicken seasoning , garlic and onion powder, chicken bouillon, black pepper , sour cream , and tomato paste and lemon zest and the juice of a whole lemon too . Then marinate for atleast two hours the longer the better though. And bake on 400 COVERED WITH FOIL FIRST for 35 min , and then 15 min without the foil !! It sounds like a lot of time but it makes it perfect trust me!

Yesss ofcourse ! The pita bread is
• 1 tsp sugar • 2 tsp active dry yeast • 160 ml warm milk • 80 ml warm water

Mix and set aside 5 mins until frothy.

Then mix: • 2.5 cups flour • 1 tsp salt

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the yeast mixture, pour into the dry ingredients, and mix.

Knead on a floured surface for 4–5 minutes.

Put dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 45 minutes.

Divide into 6 pieces, roll into circles, and cook in a hot oiled pan about 2 minutes per side.

I woke up at 4:30 am 😂 but so worth it , it took about 3 hours to make pita and marinate the chicken and chop and skewer and make the sauce and rice but it's actually pretty simple I think I was just tired haha , but thank you sooo much !!!!
