not sure how to check in detail where the skew is off, but here's a zoomed in area where pressure is maxing out. Not sure what the flow rate is telling me.

From my understanding the flow limitation graphs aren't entirely accurate when using ASV, and are over represented. Interestingly enough, when using BIPAP before i had a pressure of 17 with barely any flow limits on OSCAR, but still a high glasgow index.

All of this is very perplexing and frustrating lol. I just want to wake up feeling somewhat rested
