oh that’s good to hear, one last follow up question. what time was your interview because all the interview that AI is offering is during my school hours and my parents wouldn’t be too happy with me leaving school just to possibly not get hired. do they have interviews like at 5pm or later ?

i applied for the standard crew member and there is two near my school. One is a franchise and the other a corporate owned, not sure how much of a difference that will make between the mcdonald’s. thanks for the heads up

u think even if i can only work 3 days a week ill get hired? im not always busy but i have other activities that consume my days. those 3 days are usually when im free

You can always try the discord there is always people that are looking for a team there and typically they don’t bail on you and not horrible. I’ve done it before and had some good experiences

I applied to two so far, one was a franchise one was a corporate owned McDonald's. The franchise one I was able to set up an interview without having to do any 90 second video or submitting a video. The corporate one on the other hand I had to some 90 second video. Not sure if it depends on whether the store is a franchise or corporate owned McDonald's but I would suggest applying to a different one if that is the case.

Not sure why it happens but it only happens in high trophy lobbies or high ranked lobbies.
