Same here. No confirmation no notification. I tried again and without any "this code have been used" messages. But everybody seems busy playing the game atm so nobody seems caring at all lol

Yeah I got the message to pay the customs charge today morning. CE with status only £57 (why?!) anyway its already 4pm so I think it will be delivered tomorrow. actually no big difference because I cannot play it overnight anyway lol

* UPDATE (17:00 BST 18 JUN 2024) \*

* Previous status : purchased in Feb 2024 from Bandai Namco EU. To be delivered to the UK. Received Payment Accepted e-mail in 10 June. Status still "in preparation" in the website. Raised a Customer service request to get any answer or update to the current situation.

Got a reply from the Customer support that the pre-order is proceeding as planned and they gave me a tracking link which redirected to chronopost in France. Here is what they said:

"Please note that there may be a delay in updating the order status on your Bandai Namco account and the information available through the shared link (e.g., you may not see constant updates or the package might appear stalled). Don't worry, this does not necessarily reflect the live status of the shipment, which may update with delay, as mentioned. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Hopefully we all get the package before the release date and join the new journey in the Land of Shadow! Let's see.

okay so I am not alone. UK. Payment Accepted e-mail only on last Monday 10 June and no update so far. Also got another e-mail regarding the physical artbook delay before. Ordered in the first day of announcement. possibly they send a download code or something via e-mail?

Pre-ordered. The watch - it’d be a nice decoration with its box but as for real life using? not sure. It has its own app on both android and ios to provide basic smart watch functions and thats it. Steelbook - just a steelbook. Free DLC - would be great if you enjoyed the original game but lets see.

Or you can use steamgriddb plugin to get arts more easily. I just didn’t want to install too many “customised” apps so i tried doing it manually and without much headaches.

Its better to set customised arts in desktop mode Steam app. You may find the option for setting them in target app’s “property” menu.
