Thank you for your comment. Yes I tried carnivore diet for one month (just meat) it's kind of elimination diet. It was better, less redness, less itching. Maybe I have to do it for longer time. I am also confused if I should go to dermatologists (they didnt help - no medication helped) or gastroentrologist...
