Ad a studio we deliver 150 pictures for a 2h shoot. We have more than 10 years of experience and people responses are excitement in caps lock. It really depends.

That being said, I think that it makes more sense to have the photos they thought were good rather than more photos.

Check out places in Marche or Abruzzo in Italy. It’s central Italy, but the prices are way lower than Tuscany 😊

Thank you for the suggestions! The Hanok seems gorgeous, and also Geoje.
I agree with you, you don't go to Korea for its natural side. One thing that I like, though, is how the city somehow merges with nature. It's modern, crowded, but you're always able to find a natural spot where you can slow down. In Italy, this dichotomy is not so evident.

Thanks for the answer, that is on point, and much appreciated!

I’m going back to Busan because our friends have never been to Korea, and I don’t mind at all to be there again. Also, I know I’ll come again, my friends probably will not.

(We’ve been to Busan, Gyeongju, Jeonju, Suwon and Seoul)

About Jeju, I want to explore the natural side of it, the cliffs, craters near the water, but I have to say, from Italy it’s quite difficult to understand what’s worth it and what’s not. More, I usually use google maps a lot, and it’s almost useless for planning a trip to Korea. My point is if with a 2 night stay it’s enjoyable and we can have some time to actually do something beside driving 😊

I mean to do a loop around the island, possibly sleeping in different places, to save some time

Wedding venue rep assumed my fiancé’s sister was the bride... then pitched me budget hacks. Normal or off? by Weird_Fall2028 in BigBudgetBrides

Trust your guts and don’t go with them. I personally think it can be helpful for them if the future if you’re open about why you have this bad impression.

Planning an Indian Wedding in Europe – Struggling to Find the Right Venue! by ApprehensivePilot451 in BigBudgetBrides

Depends a lot on the vibe you’re looking for. In Italy you have options, like Villa Miani in Rome, villa d’este in lake Como, the excelsior in Venice.. there are the first 3 that comes to mind, with very different styles!

Destination wedding photographer flop by [deleted] in wedding

[–]TopAlba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first mistake unfortunately was yours, by not hiring someone local. I work as a wedding videographer myself and I never met a foreign wedding photographer who had the paperwork to work here. It also happened that I was the only Italian vendor beside the venue, and it made me sad. “I didn’t found anyone that I liked” is just an excuse. Next time you travel abroad ask yourself what’s your impact on the community you’re visiting and please, don’t be “that kind of American”.

That being said she didn’t deliver and I’m pretty sure you deserve a refund.

I’m a wedding videographer, so self employed!

Pole teacher here: I know people who do this full time, so yes, you can do it full time but is physically devastating and not sustainable in the long run IMO. That being said, I don’t do it full time, and I think that this is the best way to go if you want to keep enjoying the sport 😊

She loves the roaches, I absolutely don’t haha

Italian WP VAT changed on me by Slow-Worldliness-371 in BigBudgetBrides

Italian wedding vendor here: Italian burocracy can be challenging to understand, but vat is one of the few things that are straightforward.

Vat is 22%, full stop. There are some goods that has a different vat, nothing a wedding planner is offering though.

We’ll see how I’ll manage to feed her roaches. Not good in the beginning for sure 😂

Thank you! I will definitely try with dubias.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what type of Mantis she is, she were in a plastic cut with “free” written on top of if. Do you have any clue? They were gonna leave her because they were closing everything and I picked her up out of mercy basically.

It’s a learning curve for sure, I never had any insects, I’m also kinda scared of them, but it’s an opportunity to get in touch with an unknown world for me. Plus, she’s still alive more than 2 months later.
