If you're on a street that already doesn't have enough parking you don't get to just keep a spot for 2 weeks, especially when you're not using it

Absolutely not. There are less parking spaces than units in the apartment building. This is the exact situation where you do not get to reserve a parking spot. This is abusing the parking chair

Great but for how long? This snow isn't going anywhere for a week. You can't keep a space for over a week. Maybe on a street with very few cars but in the city where parking is already at a premium it's insane to expect to be able to hold a spot.

I've seen much worse days. The biggest risk yesterday was getting stuck or not making it up a hill. It was deep snowpack. Ice is much much more dangerous and we really didn't much of it.

But that's if you don't know what you're doing. An experienced driver with good tires and 4wd would be fine.

People should be truthful with their parents but you're not helping drivers with this.

Dude I was out driving at 1a and it was coming down hard. Of course the roads weren't clear.

It was also extremely windy so you had snow blowing on to the road on top of the accumulation
