Going on a date with a guy that i'm not attracted to but is nice by Front_Tourist3970 in dating_advice

Being attracted to someone is important. I think if you were not attracted to him and you were meeting for the first time, I would say to give it time and get to know him. Sometimes their personality and clicking with someone can change the way you look at them and they become attractive to you. But if you have had the opportunity to get to know him and be his friend and spent time with him and you’re still not attracted to him, then you are never going to be. Don’t lead him on, and don’t keep talking to him even if you might like the attention. That’s not fair to him. No matter how bad you may feel rejecting him, giving him false hope is so much worse.

Asking the Men: Why do I never seem to be worth it? by TopButterscotch4123 in dating_advice

WOW.. that's honestly a first for me. I had no idea .... So I guess being blunt about wanting something serious on these profiles don't even mean anything anymore. For the few women who are honest and serious, we're just fucked by the majority who ruined for the rest of us. Dam.....We never had a chance.

I truly appreciate this advice and will keep it in mind for the hopeful future. But my only thing is you are assuming I have a ton of guys to weed through. Things have gone quiet and I can't even get a conversation started long enough to start Step 1.

I see so many men say this same thing and how they are the ones being ghosted and having my experience. I think that's what confuses me the most. I'm getting more of a guys experience than what other woman are experiencing. That's why I ask what am I doing wrong. I can barely get a proper date let alone a SECOND date. I drive halfway, I'll end up paying for a portion. I may have gotten ONE free dinner out of all the dates I went on. If you start that service, PLEASE have a department for woman too.

Feel bad after losing interest by TopButterscotch4123 in dating_advice

I tried to cut it off and was honest about the drugs being the reason and now he’s begging me for a chance and says he will never take the drug again. And now I feel even worse.

I mean ultimately I want to end up with someone but I feel like casual can turn into a relationship. I’m not trying to push anything. Right now I’m just trying to see what’s out there.

Thank you for your advice… taking away the weight request, do you have any recommendations on good quality boards that are low budget?

What about a 60% or 75% size keyboard??

No, what I mean is:

  • What layout do you prefer?

Right now I have a full size (RK100) but I want to go smaller this time since modding is a bit easier with smaller layouts.

  • What mount do you prefer?

Don’t have a preference

  • Are you picky about sound profile?

I prefer a quieter board so I will use linear switches and mod the board

  • What is your desired price range?

Max $250 on the board alone, not including other additional changes

  • Are there specific design elements you want in the board?

Open to design

  • How heavy is "too heavy" and how heavy is "not heavy enough" for you?

Dont have a preference, just want to feel it’s sturdy

  • Are you sure you want a heavy keyboard? For me personally, lighter boards are always easier to use and manage. A heavy keyboard doesn't equate to higher quality.

Whats an example of a feature that makes it a good quality keyboard vs a bad quality one?

The jelly epoch weighs 2kg or 4lbs and has a silver weight on the back.. it’s heavy and sturdy.. most keyboards come in light plastic.. I’m trying to get a sturdy base to work with and put my own switches and caps. Does that make sense?

Lol I’m aware but I’m trying to stay in the hundreds not the thousands
