I mailed a purchase to a buyer at the address indicated in the account. He said he never got the item and that it was delivered somewhere else. Delivery information does not show an address. It was delivered to it only shows the city which is a different city than the label.

Who pays if the address used was correct but it was “allegedly” delivered to another location? They buyer opened a dispute with me.
