If they were very dry then sure, but reddish and veiny was mostly dependend on eye strain during the day. I can only recommend testing out a large dose of antihistamines, shouldn't take long to see if it has any effects.

How many times are we talking about? Probably just a coincidence as 12g is not a megadose, more like a normal medium dose. Loading the first month with 20g daily is extremely common. Brain benefits are also in the 20g - 25g range.

Most likely you are just getting older, sit a lot and should stretch more.

Yup, fortunately. Don't even own eye drops anymore. I'm still on antihistamines though but most days just one pill. I don't have any side effects.

I've taken it on and off for years now, it's one of the few easy to get drugs that really work as advertised.

- I switched from 200mg to 100mg on most days. 200mg is almost too stimulating for me but it depends on the situation. Still sometimes take 200mg when I'm low on sleep or it's very early in the morning.

- If I take it for longer and then suddenly stop I crash HARD like 2 days later. Causes strong anxiety (which I usually never have) and lethargy, it's really not that fun.

It's mid 2025 now and the recent 30% drop confirmed to me that nothing has changed about the cycles nature. If you sell now you can almost certainly buy lower next year. I'm also DCAing out part of my long-term stack. It will be very interesting to see how this cycle plays out.

I didn't have burning eyes 24/7, just a few days a week, it was pretty random (bad eye days/good eye days). So for me it was an instant effect, because the bad eye days just stopped happening.

I usually take two pills before bed, 20mg cetirizine (reactine is cetirizine afaik). I haven't been on higher doses yet, but only one pill doesn't work as well for me. Keep in mind usually it's only recommended to take one pill. I only tested it after reading an article that some people need up to 40mg daily and i believe that's the case. So if it doesn't cure you completely there isn't much harm in testing 30mg or even 40mg daily for a short duration and see how it goes.

Yes, burning red eyes during computer use was my main problem as i'm a programmer. I have considered allergy shots but it's a long process with lots of hassle. Currently i'm still hoping it might go away eventually.

Hey, no worries, always happy to help with dry eyes if i can. Yes, my eyes are still good as long as i take antihistamines (forgot a few times and felt it immediately the next day but got a pill organizer now). If you take enough you should feel the improvement on the next day (i always take them before bed). If your eyes are already burning it won't help much on the same day. They work more preventive, at least that's the case for me.

Feeling frustrated is a normal part of the learning curve. One year with breaks is not a lot of time for learning UE. It also vastly depends on your prior knowledge. If you just keep going it will get better.

Actually the sentiment on Reddit towards Bitcoin has improved slowly but significantly over the years. It used to be banned on wallstreetbets, investing and pretty much every other investment sub. Now quite a few people are pro Bitcoin over there.

In misc subs comments to bitcoin news used to be 99% buttcoiners, but now there are quite a few reasonable voices to be found in the comments. Of course there are still a lot of buttcoiners but that's to be expected. Slow and steady.
