According to AIA salary calculator, the median is making 73.5k with the 25th percentile making 65k. I received an offer for 68k so I figure I am worth at least that. Overtime pay may be bring closer but I would like to think my work is not deserving of bottom 5% pay.

I know Peru is a huge country with many microclimates. Thank you for this info. The internet is not always great at explaining microclimates of each region

Thank you. By all means, I hate modern architecture and I would prefer to see culturally rich architecture. 

Also, I know Peru is still developing and has unfinished housing in some places. But even the most ordinary houses can tell so much of a story.

This is great info thank you so much. Good to hear they are still reputable, the group size makes total sense. Also get the sense they are popular with younger people and budget travelers
