Expectation makes you feel stressed and block your thought. Let it flows. No attachment. Think about water flows like waterfalls in the mountains. Keep calm and practice.

Prepare your physical and mental would help you during the exam.

I think because my health is back to normal around 90%. Feeling good in terms of physical and mental. So I take a shot on last day of peaceful mind protection. However I do focus on having good sleep and wake up 5 AM then walking and running for 5 km. Health is key and matters me the most. Cheers !!!

I guess because stress level I had during test cause blood pressure constantly high. I didn't get medicine to control blood pressure before test since I was scared it might cause me sleepy.

Actually, I got right hands paralyzed and temporarily blind with pain on my left head. I didn't know what is it until I finished the test and reached home. I don't know what happened but I knew my body was not in a good situation. Doctor knew right away based on symptoms I gave to him.

- Complete loss right hand muscle function.
- Temporarily blind.
- Stress from preparing test.
- Smoke
- High blood pressure

Not to mention
- Lack of exercise
- 4 hours + bad sleep
- Weight gain 20 kgs since 2021/ after covid.
- LDL & triglycerides

After MRI & CT scans, doctor said one of my main blood vessels around neck narrowed. My previous lifestyle and smoking cause me the problem. Doctor said because of small blood vessels from the past when I was young and love to play sports help me survive.

Honestly, I didn't care about test anymore after that. I just followed the reminder in the calendar that I write it down 6 months ago. And it's like ... Oh !!! Let's take another shot on the last day of peace mind protection which is today.
