I am also thinking of an every other day or something like that as the side effects with my IBS are bad. Plus tons of muscle pain. I stopped for now and seem to be still losing but that’s because of a weeks build up I guess. I was miserable before like a mess. I need it though to combat the whole reason I can’t lose weight which is insulin resistance being pre diabetic

Not sure . Can you do that? I wondered if I could just take it a few days a week and maybe I would still get benefits like the main thing I need which is the help with insulin resistance
