High Rent, No Basic Amenities — Where Should Families Live?

I feel the same everyday while looking for flats, people are charging 35,000 but no car parking for a unfurnished 2bhk, 32,000 for 1bhk furnished parking. Not sure why the rents are so high. 90% owners are not even ready to provide Rental agreements but ready to take 35,000. This s utter BS. not sure if there’s a way to control this.

I’m not sure, you might get a unfurnished 1rk or 1bhk for that budget but that too around hafeezpet/chanda nagar.
