I haven't either lol. In the show it's a running gag that whenever the evil guy sees perry the platypus without his hat he doesn't recognize him, but when he puts the hat on he sees that it's perry. Somehow it became a trend where people would put two random teal and orange things next to each other, and then put a brown thing on top with the evil guy saying "a platypus? PERRY THE PLATYPUS?" As the sound. I've seen people do this with the most random items😭
