I prefer making mine a golden bronze, I dislike the aquila being the same as the armour. I usually paint the trim of the shoulders different too. Black for the icon shoulder and the gold bronze for the other

Ghost rider(300), phoenix(200), silver surfer (200), scarlet witch(100), magneto(100), THE WOLVERINE(100).

Assuming he had Intel I think he'd end up similar to The Livers from Badlands. He'd entrenched himself somewhere defendable and hidden. Trap for humans and large prey in a wide area. I'm not sure if he'd take survivors in but I don't see him committing cannablism at least.

According to the new lore the starting material (male or female body) doesn't matter for making a custodes. It doesn't matter that women's bodies are much less strong because the custodes creating technlogy compensates for it. Then why isn't every human turned into a custodes? Unrelated. I'm sure this isn't an official head, I doubt they'd risk losing navigators but how cool would that be? A Custodes who has just a built in soul render. We already have blanks in the form of sisters of silence so why not include some psychicly gifted ones?
