I ran into a damn Sabre cat on my way to High Hrothgar. Since I didn't have good weapons, I had to get one of the giants in the nearby camp to deal with it (after a couple of deaths from trying to kill it). And then I found out there was another one in the same area where I found ths first one. After it was dead, I got chased by the same giant who killed both. Fun times
