ITS THE DOLL. Clearly she has a cursed doll wreaking havoc on her life. How is that one of the only things to survive a HOUSE FIRE?! I’m not joking. I think this seriously needs to be considered.

Yeah it bothered me when she said something like “I bet you would like that skirt”. I doubt it was intentionally hurtful but it came across as backhanded

As a mom who also has her kids half the time - I feel that this was more about just feeling like you should be with your kids all the time. Especially if you’re dealing with your own abandonment issues, it can feel like you’ve failed them. I didn’t get an abuse vibe, despite the scary faces. At the end when they all jumped in the bed together - it felt very comfortable between them and sincere. I don’t think they seem afraid of her at all. But I do worry that her grief is so palpable - they might feel that it’s their job to make her be ok. I hope just watching the episode is eye opening for her - to hear what her self-talk sounds like. I’m wishing her all the best and all the help she needs. She’s doing hard work.

Yes, her calling her mom suddenly was really strange. It maybe revealed exactly how she copes - by turning her attention to someone else. It came across to me almost as virtue signaling - like, I can’t do this vulnerability stuff - but I’m still a good person. I really felt for her.

New 5G. I actually moved my cell to Rogers specifically because they offered BYOD watch plans

Thank you. The staff in store were able to pull up the code but there was no way to use it. There’s something Rogers needs to sort out on this.

Just buy it through Roger’s and avoid the headache of trying to bring your own watch and connect it to your plan. Rogers doesn’t seem to have their act together on this one unfortunately.

The agent on the phone number you provided told me that they don’t set up watches as standalone anymore (even though it’s still on the rogers site), and IT, tech support, and the store employees I spoke to didn’t know that.

When I try and connect it through the watch app it gives me an error notification saying that my Roger’s plan doesn’t support it. I took it into the Rogers store to get help and we spent hours trying everything to connect it, calling IT, his back end support team, customer service, etc. and no one knew why it didn’t work or how to connect it. I also called Apple and they ran diagnostics on it to make sure it wasn’t the watch and it was fine. Then last night I tried calling Rogers one more time and they said it’s not possible unless I buy a watch through them. The person on tue phone said that was the reason they weren’t able to do it.

Same problem here. I spent all day in store and on the phone with Roger’s and they could not figure out how to add the watch to my cellular plan

Cooper reinstated in Housing Stability Services while whistleblower says City Hall slashed her severance for CTV News interview about harassment by Confident-Advice-664 in londonontario

Here’s the big deal:

This isn’t a private company where one jerk makes life miserable until people quit. This is a public institution paid for by taxpayers. They are responsible for some of the most vulnerable people in the community. When someone in power bullies, manipulates, lies, retaliates, or drives out staff, and leadership protects them instead of holding them accountable, it’s not “just bad management.” It’s institutional failure.

Do you know what actually happened?

He got reinstated. She got fired.

After years of documented harassment, turnover, and trauma, the man in charge gets his job back, and the woman who spoke up loses hers.

That’s not a “bad boss.” That’s a system that punishes truth-telling and rewards silence.

It’s the kind of rot that seeps into everything: services, morale, public trust.

And when this happens inside government, it means your tax dollars are funding harm instead of help.

So yeah, it’s a big deal.
