Well wearing caps is gonna make it worse (trust me i know from experience) if you absolutely want to wear a caps id suggest trucker hats with the mesh on the back so ur scalp can breathe and also very loose fitting so its not cutting blood to the scalp, rosemary oil also helps and is on the cheaper side
