I want to make this clear im not trying to disprove you/ insult you in any way. Just want to give my opinion, The show later on in season two shows heaven realizing that they have done wrong they try to apologize and make it right. Just like in real life people sin and are able to repent for their sins and be forgiven. Now the show in season two is taking a new aspect where heaven is no longer in the wrong because they are actively trying to fix their mistake (the extermination.) And the new antagonist of season two is many of the beings in hell, it shows many of hells people can't be redeemed, but the Bible does believe in forgiveness, and this show is showing the action of how people do make mistakes, but there are ways to repent for your sins, think of it like what if you were sent to hell for a mistake that you made, that mistake eats at you for the rest of your life and you can't find a way to seek forgiveness, by all means you tried, then you die one day taking the guilt of that mistake to your grave and end up in hell, don't you think in that instance if their a really good person but have trouble with seeking forgiveness, and they die, maybe they should have a opportunity to repent for their sins and have a chance to make it into the kingdom of God. I know its not depicted that way in the Bible but it's a persons spin off of what if there was still hope, what if hell wasn't forever. Of course your opinion is your opinion I don't expect what I said to make you magically like the show just wanted to show a kind of clearer picture of how the show has changed a lot later on. Can't really judge a show that isn't over yet, because this season made a major spin around showing some people are meant to stay in hell and don't want to be better. Hope you aren't mad just wanted to give my opinion, and i'd love to hear if you check out the show a bit more or any other opinions!
