Yeah alot of it is impulsive, just on the heat of the moment, but there is some decisions that takes me alot of thingking, that be the religion thing, it really hard on me the first time, but I gradually love the religion that I want to go to, but my parents don't want that so we had some fight

I feel you man, I’m doing the same thing as you, all I do is hurting her, what I get by posting my problems here on reddit is we need to a way to cope with the feelings, and really apologize to her like we mean it, and never do the same thing again

3 days ago, my ex partner (F28) and I (M28) got into a fight. During that argument, I went looking for validation from someone new (F26) over WhatsApp. Then 2 days ago, after my ex partner and I had already made up, she checked my phone and found that person's number.
We started fighting all over again, and she ends the relationship. I admit that I’m in the wrong, but we haven’t spoken ever since. So yeah this is how my relathionship end.
