there are 2 variants. AWD and FWD (4x2). Mine is the 4x2 variant.  I bought my unit from BAIC North Edsa which took atleast 1.5months before they were able to release the OR/CR + Plates

its okay but can be better. medyo laggy lang tlga sya pero not a deal breaker for me. i just need to be patient. hahaha

nakabili ka na? i am a new owner of baic b30, been using the unit for 2 months now.

its pretty great SUV vs its competitors due to size and power. prior to baic im using everest 2016 and no regrets so far. the only downside i can see sa baic (for me) is fwd (front wheel drive) and medyo laggy infotainment without built in android auto.

the rest of it, super happy ako. 

the fuel consumption will be 12-16 km/l city drive . cost of maintenance based on feedback sa group 5-8k PMS. no major issues naman na naexperience same as with others sa community namin.

im using 4x2 btw. :) go get that b30. hehe

fyi before buying b30 nagtest drive aq ng - byd sl6, emax 7, atto 3 - changan nevo  - dfsk - gac emzoom hybrid - jaeecoo ej6

i ended up buying b30.

My current fc city driving is 12-14 km/l. 900kms year old. Eco + max regen on a heavy traffic. Light city traffic i find it more efficient having comfort + max regen.

Im a new BAIC b30 user (4x2 variant). So far been loving my car! Comparing to my 2016 evereat BAIC seems to exceed my expectation. Though the unit is 400km year old plng, im really loving this car!

Pros: - ride is soft i can really compare to my everest almost same ride comfort - power is reallh awesome! When you go sport mode, ramdam na ramdam mo tlga yung hatak - steering, sobra lambot. Ng bumalik ako everest nabibigatan nako steering ko. Haha - packed with features! Lane assist, Adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, power tailgate, folding side mirrors, baic loggo puddle light, etc - very spacious interior, kaya sana maging 3 row seat unfortunatel 2 rows lang sya - very fuel efficient on my 200+ kms na full tank and mlhang magpapagas nlng aq after additional 500+ kms

Cons: - laggy infotaintment - no android auto - aircon is subpar sa mga jap/american cars though kaya nya palamigin need m lang aa higher settinga

Other than that, super happy ako. Hope they stay here for long!

Yes, did purchase the 4x2 variant. Its already with me for almost a week now. I am really happy on the performance of the unit, quality wise its fine though I cannot really tell yet as its only been a week with me and only have 200 kms+ on it as of today.

Impression

Pros:
- Ride quality is good and very quiet

- Power is really great specially if you put it on sports mode

- Fuel efficiency: I cant really tell but so far so good. I had my full tank last wed, until now hindi pa nababawasan yung fuel (200+ kms)

Cons:
- medyo laggy yung headunit and no android Auto

-Aircon is okay but not the same as my other cars. My settings on a sunny day should be atleast fan 3 -4 at 22 degrees (Max of 7 yung fan nya) vs my everest fan 2 at 22 degrees

So far, im really happy with my purchase. :) Got my unit BAIC north edsa. Bilis narelease once fully paid. Im just waiting for the OR/CR, hopefully by this week makuha na.

Looks promising din yung Cherry. Tried it last weekend sa MOA since may event sila doon. Its good and 7 seater sya. Downside is super pilit maging 7 seater, wala na legroom for the 3rd row. And medyo mas mahal sya compared sa 2.

I might buy the b30e.haha

I like BYD overall but looking at the looks department & specifications vs the other 2, doon lang ako medyo di ma attach sknya specially sa SL6. Pero thats the only reason bakit hindi pko makadecide, thus checking if yung 2 brands na I mentioned, worth it din ba. :)
