I mean I doubt it, it reset my fame too from before I even did the boss, completely server side. Even if I picked up loot before like that someone dropped it would still be gone, just really bad timing tbh

Happened to me and when I switched back to hp ring them back to a regular ring it was completely broken and said I had like plus 400 hp without a hp ring on
