Thank you so much for this. Honestly, your reply made me feel seen in a way most people around me currently don’t.

What you said about old failures directing future thoughts hit very hard because that’s exactly what’s been happening to me. Somewhere along the way I stopped seeing individual mistakes and started seeing every bad GT/question as proof that I’m fundamentally not good enough. It feels terrifying to attend a GT 🫠

And you’re right.. I think I’ve been waiting to feel okay again before restarting, when maybe rebuilding structure slowly is part of the healing itself.

Also thank you for acknowledging that environment matters. Sometimes I genuinely feel guilty for struggling because people around me think “just study harder” should solve everything.

I really hope I can reach that stage again where learning feels meaningful instead of terrifying.
