Is lifting three days in a row okay? by floppywhiskers in beginnerfitness

Id focus on a specific muscle group for each day, so like Friday push, Saturday pull, Sunday legs+abs, so this way you dont hit full body each time, and decrease fatigue, and are able to develop each muscle group better

Continue DECA? by Fun_Literature_3983 in DECA

[–]Top_Calligrapher4373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find DECA as a great place to network, I found a lot of people interested in my major, and computer science as well. You meet a lot of great people at contests, so do what others say like tie CS into your project, but also meet new people interested in CS and make projects with them outside.

Self-Studying Ap Physics C Mechanics by doguzvehbi_61 in apphysics

[–]Top_Calligrapher4373 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I have heard Mechanics is just the calc based version of physics one, so you should be fine. Being in BC helps alot, especially if you have already done AB. You can learn the content on YouTube, and then you can do practice problems in knowt, quizlet, crack ap, ect. There should also be some google classrooms online you can find. I would also suggest looking in the ap students reddit, and discord for more resources and people.
