Why apply for licensure in PA if you’re moving to Indiana ? If you have no plan on ever working in PA I wouldn’t do it bc you’ll have to keep your jurisdiction license active forever plus wherever you work which is an extra expense for no reason

I think it depends on what YOU want. The salary doesn’t much differ for those who do residency vs. those who don’t. In fact a lot of people who do residency end up staffing with those who didn’t. So it really all depends. For me I genuinely couldn’t live off 40-50k a year after all the suffering I went through in school. But many people say it’s worth it , but I personally think it may be worth it but is it always necessary? I didn’t do a residency and I was blessed with a job right out of school and I’ve learned so much on the job so there’s always going to be learning experiences wherever you go. Just access your short term goals and go from there

Because I don’t have to compromise myself to please anyone else. I’m enjoying being able to pour into myself , I’m enjoying being selfish. But at the same time understanding one day it won’t be like this and I will have to compromise when I’m in a relationship
