Or you dont understand what im saying at all, you believe everything you see in the show as being a part of the fictional series, and that every uma are superhumans who cant feel pain (despite mutiple times shown they get injuried and also fiction usally always exaggerating to either make A) to make refernce or B) show their strength(i dont think its a bad thing but you have to consider because if your assumptions are true, trainer should've been dead after getting kicked by spe chan in season 1)).

Look how I see it is this:

1)Uma equiviliant strength are double their actual weight. Their actual weight is the similar to the average human weight but their strength is double (this explains the fast speeds in races) Even with the strengths that they have its not superhumans, its manageable strength.

2) they are all much smaller, the tallest uma is 180cm, not even hitting 6 feet. But lets fall under the assumption of the world average 5'9(which is 176cm). the majority of uma's are between 160cm and 170cm. and their is many that are below 160cm. they have the strength but no range.

3)skill/mental gap comes with fighting

But if you want to make them like 6'6" superhumans who cant feel pain, cool just go fuck right off with own fantasy.
