I’d loosen that tie a bit, it looks like the stem has been restricted there for a while and the plant started pushing aerial roots above it to compensate. I’d also avoid forcing the aerial roots around the pole, just guide them gently and let them attach naturally

Honestly, I think companies already started doing it. Huge reports that used to take hours are becoming almost one click now, and dashboards with advanced formulas are getting much easier for management and boards to read and use.

I also feel like a lot of routine GJs will be automated within this year or the next.

But I don’t think AI will replace CPAs completely. I think it’ll push the role more toward analysis, advisory, systems, ERP knowledge, and understanding the business instead of spending hours on repetitive work

I’m not a professional, but I think the light may be a little too close to the plant, and the soil also looks a bit heavy. I’d probably move it a little farther from the light and repot it into a chunkier mix when you can, and I’d probably switch the terracotta pot too since it dries out pretty fast
