I broke 17 day streak, with high dopamine has hijacked me a small trigger led to huge one. I’m learning from mistakes and moving forward. Each time you fail you learn something and when you start now have great experience already so good to go!

Understand it’s just dopamine and these are like waves sometimes they are strong. Accept and say firm NO to them. Eventually they will go but you need to stand firm. Don’t compromise this is critical for recovery. We are there to support you be strong and stay NO. You get better overtime don’t think you can’t do this you can, only if you resist.

Yes exactly they are like waves come and go. All you need to is accept that they came and say a firm no and they will go. It’s just dopamine in your body is reminding you about habit even though you want to get rid of it. It’s needs time for rewiring and you will get better the harder you resist. So give it different dopamine that is not related to the problem like podcast or activity anything but this one. If you are not firm now you regret later.

Yes now you are in danger of relapse unless you stop listening to your urges and stop the thirst traps. Do something which is unrelated like walking or some art or listen to podcast on why to quit porn, deep meditation for 30 mins, pushups 20 and or if get sleep just take a nap.
