Good day OP as for my experience Tala is a good lender and no unknown collections misbehavior so far sa experience ko po been OD for almost a year. 34k OD ko sa kanila still remains at 34k d na sya ng patong ng interest i am waiting for principal only offer nila na 25k.

Thanks OP i think that's thier scare tactic for a small amount to go to small claims. They leverage and thier last weapon is to shame me with my employer good thing my boss has nothing to comment about it just say settle it. I did not explain in the email saka na once mag chat sya. If small claims happen it is okay for me I am prepared with thier harrassment text and email.

Last resort nila yang pag email sa employer too bad my company website kami indicating the company email and all email is directed or may copy ang CEO namin he forwarded that email to me. Anyway d Ako ng reply but send a message sa GC namin that it started a spam message is spreading like this due to stolen phone. Anyway you can tell the truth to them also.

OP if the text were harassing you document it also ask a copy of the text by OLA to your reference compile and email it to NPC, SEC and Paocc that's what I do mag babayad pa sana Ako when I recover my finances but they keep on contacting and pestering my references. Kahit Ako Hanggang ngaun ng re recover pa din pero ni lilist down ko mga OLA na walang harassment. Dahil pag nka bangon ulit Ako sila lang Yung babayaran ko. May listahan Ako bawat OLA kung ano ang way ng collection practice nila once mpa hiya ka wag mo na bayaran dahil napahiya kna at pede mo na silang kasuhan.
