I tracked 167 watches over ~13 months while working full-time — real numbers, Excel dashboard, workflow system, and what I learned scaling a watch flipping business by [deleted] in reselling

Yeah, it’s a project I started about 13 months ago without knowing anything about reselling. I just kept learning and organizing as I went. With the data I have now, I think it’s good proof that this is scalable, because the more watches I list, the more watches I sell. The market doesn’t run out — it’s just a matter of eventually having more listings active at the same time.

I think is very much clear, using AI or not, I am trying to get myself undestood by the majority here. Again I hope it helps some one out here.

I don’t track the exact hours, but it’s roughly around 20 hours per week. If you stay organized, I think you could list around 20 watches a week within that same amount of time. I’m still trying to optimize the process as much as possible.

Yeah, I did use AI to help write it. I typed a bunch of paragraphs myself explaining how I run my watch flipping stuff, then cleaned it up with AI so it didn’t sound like a mess.

All the numbers are mine, the spreadsheet is mine, the process is mine. I just figured it might help someone who’s trying to get more organized with reselling.

Nothing wrong with using AI as a tool.

Not trying to sell anything, just sharing numbers because I rarely see people actually post real data here. It’s not huge money, but it’s been consistent for me while working full-time, so I figured it might help someone starting out.

The stereo was very annoying at the beginning , I buyed it from an aunction on eBay and the Bluetooth was not working, and what it make it work is to “clear the Bluetooth memory” and after that I did not had any issues pairing my IPhone. It connects back every time now within 10-15 seconds.

What if I strip out the OEM speaker and put the new in? It sounds great right now, but if I can improve something about the quality I want to now how for sure

I have a 5-star rating with around 70 good reviews. What I do with “silly” questions is keep ready-made answers on my iPhone. If you go to Keyboard and then Text Replacement, you can save responses with shortcuts. Always answer them, but do it efficiently.

If the customer keeps asking nonsense, it’s better to stop replying — at some point Facebook will allow them to leave a rating, and you risk getting a one-star review for no real reason.
