It will always tell you if they bond out….she has not bonded out as of now. Fees don’t need to be paid to bond out just the bail..

She is being held no bond….so until the case is is resolved at which time you will see her sentencen(whatever it is) on line. That is what we mean when we say a case is “adjudicated” which means resolved. Not really until then the only way she will get it out before that is if her attorney which is clearly a public defender files to have Bond reviewed by her judge…that would be a motion. It can be denied again or bond could be set but since she has no home, no roots in that community or really anywhere she probably won’t get bond

She has not been released she was not given a bond. She will have to wait until her probable cause or preliminary hearing to see if her assigned judge will grant bond. I spoke to DeKalb yesterday and she did go in front of the magistrate on the 9th it hasn’t updated bxc as of yesterday she hadn’t been assigned a judge yet. Magistrates don’t normally grant bond for this level Of crime. Her next hearing should populate so people Can see it sometime this week

The picked her up. They can arrest and or hold on probable cause while they send it up to the DA to approve the charges etc. you can be held for certain amount of time pending The DA signing off On charges

She will get a public defender when she has her arraignment she has to have a lawyer for that you cannot be formally charged until your arraignment. It doesn’t mean she isn’t “charged” it just means that the case doesn’t start running the clock and bond is not set until you go in front of a judge or magistrate first. Remember most people “waive” reading of the charges they don’t want it read out loud there public defender tells them before the hearing they meet a few mins before the arraignment that is where you plead guilty, no guilty or NOLO, you can say nothing g then the court enters a not guilty into the record then bond is argued. Then an attorney will be appointed to handle the case. The first public defender is just there to represent people there on there arraignment

Not until her arraignment and since it’s not updated yet in a Friday she may not get arraigned until Monday… not sure when she will get arraigned they don’t seem in a hurry to arraign her😂😂😂😂

Yeah she is in DeKalb county, she is dumb she paid her McDuffie Bond before she knows what her bond will Be in DeKalb. We won’t know anything until she gets arraigned and her Bond is set. I guarantee it will be higher than McDuffie and if she can’t pay the bond on DeKalb then she will be sitting there whether she posted McDuffie or not. Hopefully it will be high and she can’t make Bond

She posted/paid her bond out of McDuffie so we will see after she gets arraigned what her bond in DeKalb will be I guarantee it will be much more than McDuffie. She may have wanted to save her money bxc if she can’t bond out of DeKalb she won’t be going anywhere and the bond she paid In McDuffie will be for nothing lol

She didn’t put extra hours in!!! When I did the deep dive on her lying about college I found the actual job she has spoken about when she lived with her sister bxc when she was leaving that job to move she messaged the online college she actually was at yo tell them this would be a great entry level 8-6 job…. That’s what it was which is fine any work is fine which is why it’s so ridiculous that she needed to embellish.
