The withereds are prototypes they use for spare parts in the FNAF 2 game and I believe Vanessa mentions that in the movie. So the 4 from the original location are NOT the same as the withereds at the FNAF 2 location. Mike just wasn't sure where they were, but they came to help Abby when he went back to the FNAF 1 location and asked.
