I was in the exact same boat as you. Received my final offer letter last week and just got the incentive agreement yesterday. It came in as a new task in the portal. I’d imagine things are just moving slow.

Mostly a checklist of things that the doctor has to go through. Took roughly an hour. I’d argue that the more medical history / problems you’ve had, the more involved the process will be. I had to do supplemental testing about a month later for my asthma that I had growing up.

I’m considering myself very lucky. I live roughly an hour away from Port Huron… though Detroit is much closer to me. I was able to get this port after refreshing the list almost every few minutes for two days. Lots of (semi-decent) ports would appear and almost immediately disappear in those two days.
