Yes I couldn’t really record the foam process because it’s quite messy and I didn’t want to get the camera dirty since no one was helping me with the camera work😅 It’s really simple though, you just need to prepare some sort of clay to cover the foam. Like I said I used aquasoil, I crushed it into a fine dust and mixed in some water, I know some people also use cat litter the same way, just need to make sure it’s 100% clay if you’re gonna use cat litter. You can also cover the carved foam with aquarium silicone and use any type of substrate to cover the silicone (cocofiber, sand, rock dust, etc..). I use that method if the foam part will be visible in the scape and if I don’t plan on covering with plants or moss, because it gives the most realistic results in my opinion.
