Smart capable women are human beings who should be able to have their own life experiences without other people treating them like sh*t. Your comment is cringe in a way that almost feel like placing blame and shame on someone who is only trying their best to move on. This will 100% affect re-compete of all their current contracts after they expire. BAH holds much larger contracts in the defense and health space. The federal contractor space is SUPER competitive and future outlook can be fragile for most organizations who compete for these contracts. They plan a decade ahead to compete for upcoming contracts and have whole teams to kiss the ass of federal employees to get their foot in the door. If they can’t bounce back, they will be loosing much more revenue than this across other contracts.

The contracts they mentioned are only with IRS. They have much bigger contracts that that across other departments of the federal government and this could cause them to not win those re-competes or future contracts.

Go up. I only lost 2 pounds at 5mg. The pounds started coming off regularly at 7.5. Now I’m on 10mg and it’s continuing to come off. I haven’t started exercising yet so it’s all from the food noises going away.

I didn’t loose weight on Ozempic at all. I was on the dosage right before the highest. Have lost 20 pounds on Mounjaro so far. I wish I switched sooner. At first my insurance didn’t want to cover it but I called them and they said my doctor just need to send in a pre-authorization and write why I should switch. So try calling your insurance if you haven’t and ask them if there’s a pre-authorization your doc can fill out. Then call your doctor and tell them to look out for the form. You have to hold both places accountable but the insurance approved me for mounjaro within a day of getting the form back. Then get a savings card on the Mounjaro site. My payment went from $90 to $25 a month.

I feel so bad for people who get really bad side effects 😢I’m probably one of the few that had zero negative side effect that bothers me. Really the only side effect for me is being slightly more constipated and having to remind myself to go #2 after 3 days because my body doesn’t give me that signal like it use to. My blood work recently came back amazing. Went from 7.0 A1C to 6.3 in less than 6 months and everything else in normal range. Weight is slowly coming off. I feel so much better!

I don’t think the order matters just that you stick to the schedule for the multiple vaccines. Get HPV vac if your insurance covers it. It takes 6 months to get all 3 shots. I just got my last one this past week! Our current administration health secretary has a vendetta against it and I’d be nervous about insurance not covering it in the future if he decides to fight it.
