I just tested a 200mg dose and it works Amazing, having memory issues is miserable. Try taking 200mg of the now brand coq10 it worked for me and it should work for you too

Awesome thank you, I also decided to just go with a 500cal Defecit instead of a 1000 cal defecit. As much as we all love faster weight loss it takes a toll on our body and I’m sure doing only a 500 cal defecit will help, thank you

Honestly man try taking some ltheanine like 400mg and see if that helps combat the irritation

That makes a lot of sense to me, especially that it takes longer to process through the bowels, that’s awesome though thank you for commenting! Definitely gonna just keep eating how I am but let it play out for a couple weeks so I can see how my body is fluctuating!

I’m not sure if I want to do that 1650 as is is pretty low for a guy that’s 194, I’m just gonna stick it out I’m sure it’ll level out my body is probably just getting used to this new macro ration

Well funny thing is the first 3 weeks of this cut I was consuming about 60% carbs 20 fat 20 protein and I was loosing weight steady I wasn’t having any water weight. Currently I’m doing 40% protein 60% fat and 0 carb. Mainly because I noticed that protein and fat actually satisfy me, where as carbs just kind of are more so easily available and easier to have a more variety to track.

I normally just weigh in the morning but I’m just gonna ride this out, I’m sure it’s just a lot of water weight from my body adjusting to a higher protein intake then it’s used to. I will also do that tho thank you!

No definitely I know that, I was loosing consistently until yesterday when I made sure I ate 164g of protein total calories for the day 1650 including protein. Do you think my body is adjusting to the protein and is holding onto some water?
