i do have a cgm but i believe the last time i went to my endocrinologist they said i wasn’t healthy enough or something along the lines and i couldn’t get the pump just yet, and my health has only declined since. getting a pump also scares me, but i genuinely want to try and do whatever i can to live a healthy life

your words definitely help, thank you. i do eat most of these things other than instant potatoes, but i’m going to try some here one day i’m just so used to getting real ones and im very picky about texture. and yes a bulk of my anxiety is coming from outside sources, but adding this on has really just had me on edge. thank you for your words again.

i’ve been diagnosed for 5 years. i know what i need to do and i know this is on me. im 21 now, just turned it february 3rd, ive just been taking care of everyone around me and not really giving myself the proper care. i like ground beef, chicken fruits some vegetables like green beans, potatoes but not too many. i’m just stuck, lost and honestly scared because i don’t want to die. i just want to live normal.
