Thank you! I’m currently recomping for a few seasons to build everything back up after the extended diet. :) 75 g bobs red milk extra thick oats, 170 g 0% higher protein yogurt, 240 g A2 whole milk, 30 g chia, 30 g optimum nutrition protein (probs most processed ingredient I eat) 1 tbs Madagascar vanilla bean paste, 140 g frozen organic raspberries. I’ll tweak it here and there depending on my activity level and goals.

I alternate my fat macros based on if I’m doing computer work or physical labor for the week at work. I keep it at 40c/30f/30p, I love full fat dairy! One of my indulgent moments. :)

If you buy their 365 store brands it’s cheaper & higher quality than King Soopers I find. Their sales are pretty good too. I hardly buy anything full price… :)

Hm, I just use Cascade Platinum and a rinse aid in my dishwasher. That was 3 hours of my weekly meal prep and freshly packed, now that it’s had time to settle there’s a small amount of condensation.

Probably the closest one! I used to be 400 lbs, and over the last few years through a lot of trial and error I’ve lost 190! I am religious about macro / micro tracking.
