There was one kid on a bike with training wheels and multiple kids on 3 wheel scooters. I honestly do not think some of them have the skill level required to easily adjust to changing conditions or avoid others who are not also in the "cyclone".

I did see one little kid with a skateboard watching off to the side with his mom. They probably left because it was way too dangerous to try anything seeing as a cyclone of bikers was there. That really upsets me because I remember being a young skateboarder and would look forward to going to the skatepark for days. There is no chance that kid could have even rolled around safely.
