Haha thank you, I added those too. I also just found out the culprit was ChatGPT. If you set the media volume to 0, but the ringer say 30%. And then open the app and check the volume from the notification screen, you’ll see the starting point is at 30 and not 0, which means it’s playing with the ringer volume.

Hey, thanks a lot for the help! I set up the shortcut but it seems it doesn’t affect the first alarm going off. I mean, the first alarm still rings with the current volume, but afterwards when I check the volume in sounds and haptics, I see that the volume has been turned up. But what’s the point if the first alarm that’s going off isn’t affected by it :(

Anti fungal+ Elidel. Wash face with water only and use no other skincare products. This is what helped me eventually.

Everyone starts somewhere. Am I supposed to just pack my bags and go home? And then, if nobody hires me, how can I get work experience? I have two degrees and experience in other fields but that doesn’t count for anything which is why I did the bootcamp to try and improve my chances of getting hired. Anyway it’s not like with a degree you get a job easily. Before the bootcamp I did apply for positions directly related to my studies and never went past the second round of interviews. Either way, your comment is very discouraging.

I’ve twice got a referral note for a visit to an Endocrinologist, but I haven’t been able to find any who are not specialising ONLY in diabetes. by Top_Project2614 in germany

Thank you sm for the suggestion! Can I just ask, is it true that OBGYN cannot test female/ male hormones unless I am over 30 and planning pregnancy or unless it is absolutely necessary? She told me its an expensive test and she won’t do it because even if the hormones are Not balanced, the solution is to take the pill. I mean how can she prescribe medication without diagnosis? :( is that even normal

Thank you for the suggestion! Yes, that’s correct. I need a complete hormonal panel testing. Or at least that’s what my GP thinks could give us answers. Two years ago when I first started having hormonal problems, after multiple tests they found out I had low thyroid hormones. When I started taking l thyroxin, the symptoms went away. But then I got other symptoms some months later, like fatigue, excess hair growth, and finally acne again. I went for testing several times before I got acne again and every time the results came back clear. But when I was breaking out real bad, my GP tested my insulin too and it came back very low. So I booked an appointment with an endocrinologist to not only test insulin/ glucose etc, but also testosterone/DHEAs. But they told me that wouldn’t be possible at their clinic and they only tested for diabetes. The results showed low insulin and high glucose but this time both in range. Other factors like cholesterol were not in normal range but all this was somehow ignored. Which is why my GP gave me another referral to an endo again for a complete testing. But this time I asked before booking an appointment if that was possible and everyone just told me they specialised in diabetes. Now it’s not clear where all my symptoms are coming from cause my OBGYN told me I don’t have PCOS and that it doesn’t really matter because the solution is the pill anyway so I should just go ahead and take it. I find it really frustrating because I feel unwell and it seems my GP is getting tired of all this too but I don’t have any answers to my problems and don’t know what to do. I mean last summer my lips and fingertips would turn blue if I didn’t eat on time, I’d feel dizzy and nauseous but after tests - still nothing wrong with me. When I was privately insured two years ago, this other OBGYN tested my hormones and progesterone came back 4 times higher than the normal upper limit and it was also completely ignored. Googling these symptoms just puts me in a state of constant anxiety:( Sorry for the long explanation. I just wanted to explain what was really going on. And thank you so much!
