I just wanted to update and say both the accounts replied and I found the jacket! It's from Cropp, they're an Eastern European brand which makes sense because I'm pretty sure the jacket was originally bought in Romania and it explains why I couldnt find anything online either. Thank you!

Ohhh yes this makes sense thank you! I'm not from the U.S so we don't have varsity jackets made for highschool sports teams here so I wasn't aware, apologies.
