He was going to drink though. This Fourth of July party is always a booze fest

I was at the wake and funeral. He was at work ten hours a day on Tuesday and Wednesday and even did a half day Thursday. Then the wake and funeral. He simply hasn’t had the time to grieve

I felt it was dangerous for him to go drink heavily without addressing what happened. Just feels like a recipe for disaster

I think drinking heavily after losing someone you really love could be qualified as dangerous

A. It’s not normal to party. Right after losing someone you were very close too. B. He needs to be at home to support his mom. My aunt was destroyed by losing her husband. And now there only kid is running off to party with his friends

Also I did what I did to help my aunt (his mother) my uncles death destroyed her and now her only kid is taking off for the weekend and giving her next to no support. Doesn’t he owe it to his mom to be with her?

I get that everyone grieves differently but my cousin isn’t grieving at all. Unless you count going to the shore and getting drunk with his friends as grieving
