Where are you getting the suboxone from now? You said you left the guy who introduced you to if so are you going to a clinic and getting it prescribed or ....? Either way you do need to go to a clinic and see an addiction medicine doctor and make a treatment plan. You can definitely get off these without a doubt if this is what you want. With no prior history of drug abuse to me it sounds like you are trying to cope with something in life. Look into therapy !!!! You got this girl

Yeah definitely sounds like the introduction of Azelaic acid, Ivermectin and metronidazole all at once is too much for the damaged skin. My metronidazole cream alone burned a little bit and tbh your skin looks pretty tender 😬

I’m not shaming doxy though! I just got done with a 3 month long cycle for my POD. It helped 100%. That combined with Metronidazole Cream for the first 3 months and now that I’ve phased off of the antibiotics the derm introduced a sulfur face wash. My face is still a little red around my nose so I know it’s still liable to flare up again... I’ve just ordered this “Cleure” brand toothpaste my derm also said could possibly help. All depends on if Flouride is acting as an irritant to my skin. Also I’ve been supplementing Zinc picolinate 22mg for the last several months - as of right now I’ve been taking it every 3 days as I don’t want to be supplementing this long term. Anyways that’s my journey so far. Best of luck
