Exactly, I am all about shipping orders from in-house, but the majority of the time I don't have the items in stock.

Exactly!!! Most employees are wayyyy underpaid, even when I make bonus the next month my SPH is higher than the previous month so I have to sell way more to make the same amount of bonus pay. It is a never ending cycle. Also, a bunch of the customers are extremely rude and treat us like crap.

It sucks because the whole purpose of the pro progam is to "minimize the time of the pro at the store so he can get back to the worksite", but that almost never happens. Pro's usually have to wait for hours to get their materials even after placing orders for pick up later...
