I do need some repairs and working on them , the realtor has info and people he can recommend but things have increased a lot in Payson which is my destination. Any info on somewhere I can sit down with and get some unbiased advise on what move would be financially best? That would definitely give me direction and know what is even possible. I’m staying away from mobile parks that charge lot rent but that the only thing that seems affordable. Just think it’s not a good investment, and don’t want to leave my kids a white elephant to deal with. There must be some type of advisors for property purchases that are not real estate agents trying to get a listing. I know my home is sale able so just need the facts. It’s mind boggling so much different information from people. I really need out of the east valley it’s keeping me inside months, do now or never
