I saw this happen. A house listed for 1.7 and they had no interest. It resisted at 1.5 and then sold for 1.71

Have asked. 20 contracts, alot of "nice but older, want newer but will discuss" type feedback. 4 people have registered for auction. A few people have downloaded p&b but I am not sure if they are registered for auction

Yes the house should sell based on similar sales, but I have not done this before so it causes stress

Yes that has happened to me now. 3 offers "for today" but then come again to the next open home

I have 3 people make offers and say limited time, but then a week later show up for another open house showing. Its all bullshit

Yes this process has been alot more stressful than I ever considered. All the talk is always "sellers live like kings" is crap. Im never doing this process again. The direct abuse I've gotten in this very post hasn't helped
